ISP Payments operate an independant central payment processing system for Internet Service Providers.
Our micro-billing infrastructure allows our customers to bill end users for their internet services at whatever
frequency required, it also provides management over the account for both end user and service provider.
How would I know my account is with ISP Payments?
The payments for your internet service are being debit from your account in the name of either ISP Payments or Bloomley UK.
How can I find out what account or ISP my payment are in relation to?
If for any reason you do not recognise the transaction you can contact our payment support team on 0871 426 1100.
Would ISP Payments contact me personally?
ISP Payments may contact you from time to time in relation to your account with a service provider utilising our services for payment processing. ISP Payments would not contact you in relation to anything other than this.
What cards can ISP Payments accept?
ISP Payments are able to accept cards such Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron, we are unfortunately unable to accept American Express.
